Dolphin Managements plans release of 4.5!

Chatsworth, CA, September 2009— Dolphin announces the upcoming release of Dolphin Management Version 4.5. Scheduled to begin its roll-out on October 30, this latest software release is marked by lots of great new features, matched with unprecedented speed to help orthodontists run their practices more efficiently than ever.

Highlights:
New Doctor Time Analysis screen displays Planned Doctor vs. Average Doctor Time, broken down by Appointment Class or Type.



New Patient Analysis screen in Treatment Card displays key patient treatment information such as Visit Entry Count, Emergency Entry Count, No Show Appointment Count, Progress Date, Deband Date, and more.

Automatic emailing of statements in PDF format is now available via the Dolphin Management integrated email system.

The new Schedule Statistics screen displays key schedule counts that can be filtered by date range, location, or orthodontist, and can also be grouped into a variety of categories including all of the above plus appointment type and class.



A new Light Bar Analysis screen calculates the amount of time a patient was in each Light Bar status.

New improvements to Scheduling include drag/drop capabilities.

	GPS Light Bar enhancements include an Appointment Meter, which reflects the percentage of the appointment time that has expired.
