Automatic updates raise value of Aquarium program each month Chatsworth, CA, October, 2009—Regular, automatic updates to the Aquarium program mean users have the satisfaction of seeing their investment grow steadily each month. “Updates are being released every four to six weeks via the Internet,” says Ken Gladstone, manager of imaging software products. “Like Windows Update, the Dolphin Update Service ‘DUS’ may be configured to install updates automatically, or you may see a blinking ‘DUS’ icon near your Windows clock, telling you that updates are ready to install. Let it install the updates, and you’ll not only receive cool new movies, but software enhancements as well.”The Aquarium content library has been growing not only in size, but also in substance. “Aquarium’s content is not only current with the latest practice trends, but as it grows it’s been branching out across specialties to be useful for clinicians in various disciplines,” adds Gladstone. “For example, the most recently deployed update package contained videos of sinus lift surgery, total arch restoration, and lower holding arch.” Updates are released to every Aquarium customer on a current Support Contract. Customers on a Support Contract who have not received their updates should click on the blinking DUS icon in the bottom right corner of their computer screen to initiate the process.
