Dolphin extends support hours!

Chatsworth, CA, October 16, 2008—Dolphin Imaging & Management Solutions has extended its technical support hours to span a full business day across international time zones. “We now offer live technical support starting from 3:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time, totaling a full 15 hours each day that we’re available,” says Eric Millan, manager, Dolphin Technical Support. “That translates to 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time, which also means that we can be reached during lunch hour from virtually anywhere around the world!” Before this move, Dolphin already offered the longest support hours in the industry.

Dolphin’s continued growth in North America and internationally was a major impetus for the extended support hours. “Our international customer base has grown tremendously since 2007,” says vice president Otto Colette. “Now an even larger population of Dolphin users can access our expert support team directly, without the need to call our off-hour emergency hotline.”
