Chatsworth, CA, February, 2009—Dolphin technical support has implemented a new Live Chat service that allows users to connect directly with a support representative via instant messaging technology. Now, in lieu of picking up and dialing the phone when an issue arises, Dolphin customers have the option of accessing the same personal, competent support staff in an instant message. Taking advantage of the infrastructure resources made available by the recent association with Patterson Dental, Dolphin is able to offer even more avenues of access to our world famous technical support. For example, users can bypass the process altogether by visiting the FAQ page, which is a Dolphin-dedicated list of most commonly asked questions with answers provided. If their question is not on the list, they may then choose to logon to Live Chat. Another support service now available is the new Webinar Archive, a constantly growing series of online tutorials on specific Dolphin software programs and features.
