Dolphin Support Contract to transition to Dolphin Service Club

Chatsworth, CA, February 2012—In the upcoming months, the Dolphin Support Contract will transition to the new Dolphin Service Club. “We are excited to announce this new paradigm of customer service,” says Chester Wang, director of Dolphin. “The traditional support contract is outdated in terms of the scope of services and perks we offer our customers.”

The existing Dolphin Support Contract gives customers access to unlimited technical support and scheduled software updates. The new Dolphin Service Club will offer additional privileges such as live and archived webinars; easy monthly renewal payments; special member-only discounts; access to your practice’s Dolphin account; and more. Customers already current on their Support Contract will automatically roll over into the new Dolphin Service Club.
