Dr. Ron Roncone visits Chatsworth headquarters


An audience of Dolphin trainers, support and sales staff packed the conference room to hear Dr. Roncone explain how he uses the Roncone Modules on a daily basis in his practice.

Chatsworth, CA, December 12, 2008 - Dr. Ron Roncone paid a visit to Dolphin’s Chatsworth headquarters on Friday, December 12, to lecture on the principles of his world-renowned JSOP® (Just Short of Perfect) philosophy. He was accompanied on his visit by Brenda Ashwell, marketing manager at Roncone Orthodontics International (ROI), and Liz Roncone, his wife and office manager.

Dolphin support, training, and sales staff packed the conference room to learn the logistics behind his unique system of practice management, and how it is so efficiently represented in the Roncone Modules software suite, released last year as part of Dolphin’s new Legend Series.

“If you can’t measure it, then how do you fix it? You don’t even know it’s wrong!” explained Dr. Roncone, who went on to expound on the importance of metrics. He shared background and insight on how he came to develop his world renowned JSOP system, borne directly from his clinical experience of more than 35 years. The foundation of his philosophy, he says, is all about “measuring time.”
