RESPONSIBILITIES |
We are actively seeking a technically-minded person, with excellent customer service skills and past experience in a technical-related field. An AA degree or equivalent is desired. Customer service and technical aptitude are the most important components of this position. This position requires that you interact over the phone with dental-specialty professionals, dental techs and IT professionals. |
REQUIREMENTS |
• Must be willing to quickly become an expert with our product
• Ability to troubleshoot software issues over the phone
• Proactive and efficient in dealing with technical issues
• Must thrive on high call volume activity
• Team-oriented
• Ability to interact with customers while showing courtesy and professionalism
• Ability to speak a second language a plus
• Occasional travel is required
• Energetic and outgoing |
