Dr. Lars Christensen
Dr. Christensen received his DDS from the Royal Dental College in Copenhagen in 1990. After competing his PhD in Craniofacial Embryology at the University of Copenhagen in 1993 he moved to the UK where he completed his Orthodontic training in Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital in 1997.

Dr. Christensen is in private practice in Oxford and has lectured extensively in Europe, United States, Middle East and Asia on MBT treatment mechanics and aesthetic treatment. His current interests focus on the clinical application of modern bonding materials, MBT treatment mechanics, adult and aesthetic orthodontics as well the application of new technologies in treatment planning. Dr. Christensen has been a Dolphin User since 2000.

Dr. Marzia Conti
Dr. Conti graduated with honors from both the dental and orthodontic programs at the University of Rome, La Sapienza. She is currently completing her PhD in “odontostomatologic diseases in growing patients,” focusing on breath pathology, at the same university. She practices orthodontics exclusively in her practice in Rome with emphasis on surgical cases.

Dr. Rainer-Reginald Miethke
Dr. Miethke received his orthodontic certification in 1973 after three years of postgraduate training, and is currently a guest professor at Louisiana State University and Royal Dental College in Aarhus, Denmark.  He has served as head of the Charité Orthodontic Department since 1083; President of the European Orthodontic Society since 2007; and is an honourable member of the Lebanese and Thai Orthodontic Societies. Dr. Miethke is the Editor-in-Chief of the World Journal of Orthodontics and has authored more than 160 articles in various industry publications.
