Otis brings to Dolphin more than 10 years of customer service experience. He earned his certification as a computer repair technician in 1996. He gained valuable experience while working for UPS in Florida, installing systems and training users on their shipping software. Otis was responsible for setting up all customer computers Dolphin sold from 1997 to 2003. Otis spends his days troubleshooting computer problems, and helping our customers with their technical questions.
